Cindy Lynch

Cindy Lynch has been in real estate for over 17 years. A native Californian, Cindy grew up in Orange County and spent 15 years in San Diego before relocating to San Francisco in 2001.

Her experiences in real estate are very diverse giving her a well rounded background and making her an accomplished agent. Cindy’s comprehensive background includes sales for new construction, commercial leasing/property management, coordination with the Department of Real Estate to obtain approval on all Homeowners Association documentation and working closely with in-house mortgage brokers and title companies to coordinate on-time closings of over 1,000 escrows. This experience gives her in depth knowledge in all areas of the buying and selling process.

She is experienced in all neighborhoods of the City and enjoys working with a variety of clients, from experienced buyers to first time homebuyers. She knows that buying a home is a very stressful process, for even the most experienced buyers, and her goal is to protect and guide her clients through the process as stress free as possible while keeping it fun and exciting - which is what is should be.

Her style is very genuine because she knows the importance of listening to what her clients want while being in-tune with the emotional side of purchasing and/or selling a home.
