Jeny Smith

Jeny Smith is often referred to as the “green agent” or “biking realtor” as her mission is to encourage and educate her clients, friends, and family on how to create a healthy home while reducing their ecological footprint. She is a very organized and friendly native Californian who decided at a young age to make a career of real estate. She loves to negotiate each deal as if it were with her own money, and enjoys creating win-win situations. An enthusiastic participant in a variety of activities, Jeny is Vice President of the Anzavista neighborhood association and is the leader of the AVNA Gardening Group, a frequent volunteer with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, and the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition. She is a member of the US Green Building Council, Urban Land Institute, Amnesty International, and the San Francisco Academy of Sciences.

Jeny graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a B.A in Humanities. She is certified as an EcoBroker and a Sustainable Building Advisor. She was born and raised in Palo Alto, CA and is a proud homeowner

After college, Jeny worked in Madrid, Spain for three years. She is fluent in Spanish and is working on learning French. She loves to use her language skills in traveling around the globe. In her free time she enjoys yoga, dance, and exploring the beautiful Bay Area.
