Eileen Mougeot was born in Northwest Connecticut. After a New England upbringing, she attended Simmons College in Boston and the Sorbonne University in Paris. She lived in Paris for three years, where she worked and continued her studies. She moved to California in 1981 and has been with Hill & Co. ever since, where she has consistently been one of the top producers. Eileen joined the management team at Hill & Co. in 2002, when she assumed the position of Sales Manager. In January of 2006, she was named Vice President of the company.

Eileen's major source of business is from her past clients, who return time and again and from referrals they send her. Eileen has seen many different market conditions in the 28 years that she’s been in San Francisco and has skillfully adjusted her marketing and selling techniques to guarantee the best service for her clients. She is especially known for her attention to detail and the personalized service that she provides to all her clients. She is well known and respected by her fellow colleagues.

Eileen specializes in fine City properties and southern Marin. She currently lives in Mill Valley with her husband Charles with whom she has traveled the World.
