Diana Kaus Koll is a real estate professional with over fifteen years experience in the field. Her background in marketing, sales and project management have contributed to her success in residential real estate. A fifth generation San Franciscan she attended The Hamlin School and Convent of the Sacred Heart and is a graduate of The Branson School in Ross, CA. Diana is very knowledgeable about the city’s different neighborhoods and enthusiastically embraces the all that the Bay Area has to offer.
Diana specializes in Luxury residential properties and her extensive experiences, attention to detail and follow through have helped her to establish a productive and expanding business. Diana joined Hill & Co. in 2008 and immediately distinguished herself as a sales leader. Before joining Hill & Co. she was a top-producing member of Pacific Union’s exclusive Estates division and awarded GMAC’s Top 50 Agents Nationwide in 2005. In addition, Diana has been certified as a Luxury Home Specialist and is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Her primary objective is to exceed each client’s expectations, and with her high level of energy and can-do attitude she is a valuable member of the Hill & Co. team.

Active in her community, Diana is a member of the San Francisco Women’s Zoo Auxilliary and has been a member of the San Francisco Junior League, San Francisco Ballet’s Encore!, a participant in the Easter Seals Foundation, and is a supporter of the San Francisco SPCA and Pets Unlimited. She holds a BFA from the University of Arizona and has attended continuing education courses in business at Stanford University. Her personal hobbies include traveling, skiing, gardening, and entertaining friends and family at her Marina district home that she shares with her young daughter.
