Her experience in her previous career kept Rachel busy staying on top of her company’s sales, hot markets, trends and client demand. Her previous work experience also gave her a sound grasp on client expectations and ever-changing markets. Rachel moved from the Midwest in 2005 when her sister, who was a San Francisco resident, told her it was, "the greatest city she had ever lived in." Soon after moving to San Francisco, Rachel became fascinated by the grand architecture and history of San Francisco homes. It was then she decided to pursue real estate as a career. In 2009 she obtained her real estate license and in 2010 she joined Hill & Co. Real Estate.
In 2013 she started The Swann Group SF, which is a team of agents and staff committed to ensuring an unparalleled and exceptional client-focused real estate experience. Rachel's Hobbies & Interests
Rachel's first career and passion in life was the culinary and wine industry. She spent 17 years in the restaurant, club and wine industries in management, sales, and operational capacities, as well as consulting and wine buying. She is an avid boxer, loves Dolores Park bootcamps, TRX and running. Rachel finds the city a unique, diverse, urban playground to explore and feels very lucky to call San Francisco her home. As a food and wine enthusiast, she is often out trying the city's newest restaurant or wine bar. However, when not exploring and selling San Francisco, she loves to travel any chance she gets!
Rachel is a San Francisco resident, homeowner and landlord in Noe Valley, along with her partner and three dogs; LaToya, Bentley and Besito. You will often find them in Dolores Park or checking out the city's newest culinary hotspots!
