A seasoned veteran, Stephanie has been selling residential real estate for well over 30 years – most of that at the prestigious firm of Hill & Co. Real Estate. In fact, her 2005 sales broke company sales records for Hill & Co.'s entire 55 year history!

Stephanie has lived in the Bay Area for over 40 years. She is a licensed real estate broker. She attended the College of Marin, received her BA from Sonoma State, and did her graduate studies at San Francisco State University. Stephanie is very active in the community, sitting on several Boards as a Chairperson or advisor. Stephanie also participates in community theatre when time allows. Stephanie is married to the St. Francis Hospital Anesthesiologist, N. Thomas Ahlberg. They have two grown children.
