A seasoned veteran, Stephanie is in her 27th year selling residential real estate – most of that at the prestigious firm of Hill & Co. where she has been one of the top sales leaders from the beginning! In fact, her 2005 sales broke company sales records for Hill & Co.'s entire 50 year history with a total of 38 closed transactions representing over $46 million in sales! Further, Stephanie continues to close more sales transactions per year than any other Hill & Co. agent – a distinction held for many years! She is married to the St. Francis Hospital Chief of Anesthesia, N. Thomas Ahlberg. They have two children. |
